Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If we are unable to deliver to your address — including some remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories — we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking as soon as it ships.

Delivery options

Standard — 3–5 business days in transit: $8.00, and free on orders of $70 and up.
Express — 1–2 business days in transit: $15.00.

Exact options and costs are always shown at checkout before you pay. Larger furniture pieces may occasionally need additional transit time.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. Reach us through our Contact page — a person answers.
